Tickets
Tickets are personal and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation of the event, the full amount will be refunded. Tickets to Aggersvold Concours grant access to the event on the specified date. Aggersvold Concours reserves the right to refuse entry in the event of misuse.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. However, this right does not apply to:
- Event tickets for a specific date (§ 18, section 2, no. 12 of the Consumer Contracts Act)
- Car registration fees once the application has been processed
- Personalised or custom-ordered merchandise
For standard shop items not listed above, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. To exercise this right, contact us at aggersvoldcars@gmail.com within 14 days.
Car Registration
Approval of registration is at the sole discretion of Aggersvold Concours. In the event of rejection after payment, the full amount will be refunded within 5 business days.
Payment
Ticket purchases are handled by TicketButler, which processes payments via their own platform. Shop purchases and other payments are processed via Nets Easy (Nexi Group), where we accept Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay. All prices are in DKK inclusive of VAT. Order data is retained for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Bogføringsloven).
Data Retention
We retain personal data for the following periods:
- Order and payment data: 5 years (Danish Bookkeeping Act)
- Car registration data: 2 years after the event
- Newsletter subscribers: Until unsubscribed
- Event participant data: 2 years after the event
Privacy Policy
Your personal data is treated confidentially. We share data only with third-party processors necessary to deliver our services (Nets Easy for payment, TicketButler for ticketing). You have the right to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Contact aggersvoldcars@gmail.com for any data requests. See also our cookie policy.
Photos & Video at Events
Aggersvold Concours may photograph and film at events for marketing and documentation purposes. By attending you accept that photos and video in which you appear may be published on our website and social media. Contact us if you wish to have material removed.
